Celebrity Chef Coming to Myrtle Beach for Special Promotion

Fabio Viviani, owner of Firenze Osteria restaurant in Los Angeles and Bravo Television’s “Top Chef” Season 5 fan favorite, and his partner and bartender, Jacopo Falleni, visited Myrtle Beach today to help spur ticket sales for their demonstrations at the upcoming Taste! Trade Show & Expo.
The trade show is scheduled for May 14-16 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and Viviani and Falleni’s demonstration is on May 15. At a press conference today at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Viviani said the demonstration will teach attendees how to prepare fresh ingredients using simple methods.

“Less is truly more,” Viviani said. “You don’t need to spend three hours cooking.”
Tickets for their demonstration are on sale at tasteshows.tix.com, and the price is $20 to $80. Also during the trade show and expo, Viviani will cook at a Celebrity Chef Dinner Party and will conduct a children’s cooking seminar.
