Free Christmas Towne Event Set for Dec. 12

The 2010 Christmas Towne event hosted by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce is set for Sunday, Dec. 12, 2-6:30 p.m. at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Exhibit Hall A.

Festivities will include the official tree lighting ceremony for the City of Myrtle Beach, along with a new “Winter Wonderland” atmosphere. Admission is free, and includes access to a host of free offerings including hot chocolate (while supplies last), live entertainment, children’s games and activities, and a free photo opportunity with jolly old St. Nick himself.
