Golf Question of the Week: What’s Your Favorite New Grand Strand Course?
If you consider "new" to be any Grand Strand golf course to come along since 2000, here are your choices:
- Ocean Ridge Plantation - Leopard's Chase (2007)
- Resort Club at Grande Dunes (2001)
- Ocean Ridge Plantation - Tiger's Eye (2000)
The future member of this list - The Founders Club at Pawleys Island - opens for play February 1, 2008. And while we'll leave it to you to tell us what you like about the other three courses, we'll let Wayne Welden tell us what the latest addition to the Waccamaw Golf Trail has to offer. Resort Club at Grande Dunes would have to be my favorite on that list, but what about some of the others that have made improvements and "feel" like a new course - Willbrook Plantation for instance?
