Hunting for Easter Egg Events? Look No Further!

If you’re a local or visitor looking for some Easter fun for the kiddies, look no further. There are Easter egg hunts and events galore along the Grand Strand. Many churches host their own events – far too many to list here – but here are some open-to-the-public unique hunts for you to consider:
- Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt | The Conway Parks & Recreation department hosts this inaugural event. Bring a flashlight and basket to search for 2,500 eggs. 7 p.m. April 1. Collins Park, Conway. Fifth- through eighth-graders. Free.
- NASCAR Speedpark’s Hip Hop Hunt | Get your groove on to the dance tunes of Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce and more (kid-friendly versions, of course) while hunting some eggs. 10 a.m. April 3. Ages 12 and under.
- 28th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt | This hunt is a mainstay at the beach, and you know the Easter bunny wouldn’t miss it. 10 a.m. April 3. McLean Park, North Myrtle Beach. Free.
- Easter Egg Plunge | Dive and splash for eggs in the Canal Street Recreation Center swimming pool. This unique event is open to ages 3-13. Lifeguards will be provided, and parental supervision is required. 2 p.m. April 3. Canal Street Recreation Center, Myrtle Beach.
- Breakfast with the Easter Bunny/Egg Hunt | Meet the Easter bunny at a continental breakfast, then participate in the egg hunt and special holiday crafts. 9 to 11 a.m. April 3, Children’s Museum of South Carolina, Myrtle Beach. $15 for non-members and $10 for members. Reservations are required.
- Easter Bunny Brunch at The Market Common | Have brunch with the Easter bunny at one of four Market Common restaurants, and you can participate in the Easter egg hunt complete with Easter bunny photo. $8 per person for brunch.
