Larry the Cable Guy’s timing is perfect.
He’s as politically incorrect a stand-up comic as you’ll find. He doesn’t have any particular axe to grind with John McCain or Barack Obama. He just wants to see if you’re “madder than a one-legged waitress at an IHOP.”
And chances are, if you buy a ticket for his one-night only performance Nov. 1 at the Palace Theatre, you won’t be. You’ll probably be too busy laughing your head off.
OK, maybe you’re not a big fan of his overplayed “Git ‘R Done” catchphrase. But really – is it any more annoying than the liberal-driven political “comedy” of a Bill Maher, or the conservative “stylings” of a Dennis (“Can I Borrow a Thesaurus to Understand ANYTHING He’s Talking About?”) Miller?
Besides, Larry the Cable Guy just might have the perfect perspective to consider just three days before Election Day:
