Armand P. Arman's School of Fishes was made 27 years ago, out of welded steel and Vise-Grips. It's on display now through March 28 as part of Tools in Motion: Works from the Hechinger Collection at the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum in Myrtle Beach.
