MyrtleBeachHotels.com Showcases Top Grand Strand Lodging Options

With hundreds of lodging options available in the Myrtle Beach area, one online resource offers the top deals for some of the Grand Strand's best. In fact, all Myrtle Beach resorts featured on MyrtleBeachHotels.com have properties listed within the top 14 percent of TripAdvisor.com's Myrtle Beach popularity index for hotels, including four resorts appearing in the top 10 percent.

The Long Bay Resort ranks 8th out of 217 Myrtle Beach hotels, and is joined in the top 10 percent by Ocean Reef Resort (17th), Sea Watch South Tower (18th) and the Breakers Resort - Paradise Tower (21st); each of these properties has also received a 4 (out of 5) overall traveler rating by TripAdvisor.com reviewers. They are joined on MyrtleBeachHotels.com by Compass Cove (25th) and Caribbean Resort (30th).

The site also includes some of the North Strand's premier options. Crescent Shores is TripAdvisor's top selection among North Myrtle Beach hotels and resorts, and Barefoot - North Tower and Barefoot Yacht Club each offer easy access to world-class golf at the adjacent championship courses of Barefoot Resort. Also, Beach Vacations of Myrtle Beach can connect you to more than 800 vacation condominiums throughout the Grand Strand - fully furnished 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units with locations ranging from oceanfront high rises to exclusive golf and vacation resorts.

If tennis is more your speed, MyrtleBeachHotels.com features one of the top racquet destinations in the nation. Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort is not only the lodging of choice for visitors to the Waccamaw Golf Trail, it's also ranked among Tennis Magazine's "50 Best Tennis Resorts" for 2006.

We generally stay at the Caribbean and even though they were under constrcution the prices were great and our stay was still excellent. e can’t wait to see the new building when it opens.

I’d prefer Long Bay over most of the other central strand hotels.  It’s in a quieter area, has good stuff for the kids and Martin’s restaurant is as good a restaurant as you’ll find anywhere around here.

Compass Cove has improved quite a bit over the past few years, and is a pretty central location that’s good for families.  The previous poster mentioned Long Bay, which is also good; if for some reason you can’t get in there, Ocean Reef is just a couple blocks down and is a great alternative.
