- Saturday night, Cooking Light magazine contributing editor and executive chef Billy Strynkowski gives his "Oh! What a Night!" cooking demonstration that will provide his best "behind the scenes" tips for cooking fast, healthy and tasty dinners. Best of all, you get to sample each savory creation as a sit-down meal - each with a special wine pairing to make the experience truly complete.
- The weekend wraps up in style on Sunday morning, Oct. 21, with Southern Living travel editor/food critic Carolanne Griffith Roberts hosting a special "Savor the South" send-off breakfast, complete with plenty of girl talk, tips for better living, and a sneak peek behind the scenes of the host publication.
