Restaurant Week Myrtle Beach is set for Jan. 11-17, 2010, and will be a seven-day celebration of the cuisine scene along the Grand Strand. From fine dining to casual, participating restaurants will feature special menu items, promotions and discounts. Diners can try the area's newest restaurants or dine at old favorites, tasting a variety of exceptional dishes prepared by chefs at a great value.
Restaurant Week Myrtle Beach reminds locals and visitors alike that Myrtle Beach is a culinary destination with top chefs, farm to table dining, wonderful wine and a lot more to discover and explore. The Grand Strand boasts more than 1,700 full-service restaurants.
Restaurants that are members of the Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association, as well as restaurants that join before the application deadline, can participate. The application fee is $395. Register online at RestaurantWeekMyrtleBeach.com by Jan. 8.
To bring this inaugural event to the Grand Strand, the Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association is partnering with the South Carolina Hospitality Association, which is introducing Restaurant Week South Carolina to a number of destinations throughout the state--Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Hilton Head, Columbia and Greenville.
