Golf.com is hosting a year-end survey on its site, and tells us they’ll reveal the results of its 20 questions in the near future. This is more than a bit of a tease, especially in an era where online surveys usually spit out on-the-spot results.
And beyond some of the predictable questions you might expect (“Who is the player of the year?” for instance), there are some intriguing queries with even more eyebrow-raising choices for answers, like these:
Who is the PGA Tour’s best non-native-English-speaking player?
What will happen to John Daly in the next five years?
How many winners of this year’s LPGA majors can you name?
Beyond the snarky questions & answers, the Golf.com survey offers some questions whose results will provide some insight as to what the golf industry might expect in 2009 (e.g., “Will you buy new clubs in 2009?” “Will you play less in 2009 because of the economy?” “Will you take fewer golf trips in 2009 because of the economy?”).
Take the survey here, and let us know how you answered.
