Tickets Available for Pawleys Island Wine Gala
The Pawleys Island Wine Gala, a benefit for The Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art, is set for Friday, Sept. 24, 7 p.m. at the beautiful and historic Litchfield Plantation.
Wines from more than 80 renowned wineries will be available for sampling, along with delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by the talented, award-winning Chef Robert Beuth. Wines will be available for purchase at prices well below retail during this special event. Live entertainment will be provided by U “N” I, a five-piece group that specializes in the sounds of jazz, swing and blues, as well as beach music classics and its own contemporary smooth jazz originals.
The silent auction remains a highlight of this event, as this year’s auction features original hand painted and decorated boxes donated by local artists and designers, as well as gourmet dinners, weekend packages and original artwork by local artists. A complimentary dessert tasting prepared by Croissants Bistro and Bakery and sponsored by Litchfield Plantation will wrap up the evening.
