Tickets On Sale Monday for Chanticleers Football NCAA Playoff Game
With its 70-3 drubbing of Charleston Southern on Saturday, Coastal Carolina University’s football teams has won the Big South Conference championship and now qualified for the 2010 NCAA FCS playoffs. As such, the Chanticleers will host Western Illinois this Saturday, Nov. 27, 1 p.m. at Brooks Stadium.
The game marks Coastal Carolina’s return to postseason football after a four-year absence.
While the game will be played at Coastal Carolina, it is an NCAA event and all tickets for the game must be purchased. Ticket prices are $20 for preferred seating (Teal Chairback Section), $15 for reserved seating (all bench seating in the East and West stands), and $6 for general admission (first-come, first-serve basis in the end zone section).
Current Coastal Carolina season ticket holders will have the first opportunity to purchase their existing seat(s) through 5 p.m. Monday. Current season ticket holders can call the ticket office at 1-877-4CHANTS (877-424-2687 or 843-347-TIXX [8499]) as well as order tickets online at www.GoCCUSports.com. After 5 p.m. Monday, all seats will be available for purchase.
The general public may purchase tickets on Monday starting at 9 a.m., either online at www.GoCCUSports.com or in person at the Athletics Department Ticket Office in Arcadia Hall on Chanticleer Blvd. West.
