“World’s Largest Ice Cream Social” Sept. 27 to Benefit Make-A-Wish Kids
Cold Stone Creamery at The Market Common is our local host of the 10th Annual "World's Largest Ice Cream Social," set for Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Visitors to Cold Stone Creamery at that time are encouraged to make a contribution in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which makes dreams come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions. Customers will get a free taste of Cold Stone's "Sprinkled with Wishes Creation" - which includes sweet cream ice cream, brownie, rainbow sprinkles and fudge.
Other highlights of this event include face painters and live performances from the Socastee Singers & High Steppin' in front of Grand 14 Cinema. Plus, anyone who has donated $10 or more to the Make-A-Wish Foundation throughout the month of September will be entered in a drawing to win prizes from The Market Common stores.
